His name…

Acts 2:21
And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Romans 10:13
for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Psalm 50:15
and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”

If there was anything that I could ever tell you to never stop doing, no matter whether you feel like it or not, whether you feel worthy or not, whether you can say it out loud or in a whisper or even a thought, is to never stop calling out to Jesus. I used to be in constant conversation with Jesus, even before being saved. There was a time where I thought if people knew how much I talk to Jesus in my head they would think I was nuts. I didn’t know much then about the  bible or praying or really anything about how to have a relationship with God, the only thing I knew was that whenever I had something to say (even my complaints) He was the one I went to. I knew somehow inside my heart that when I was in trouble there was a name above all names, a name worthy of praise. I can honestly tell you it’s the only name you should never forget. When you’re lonely, when you’re sad, disappointed, tired, angry, disillusioned, tormented, scared, confused, speak the name of Jesus and bring love, peace, reassurance, comfort into your life, into your heart. He’s only a call away. The redeemer, King of Kings, Our provider, the one who died on the cross to save you!  He knows it all, all he needs is for you to call on Him. He waits for you.
Lord, I praise your name! I call your name Jesus. I need you, I want you in my life. There’s nothing without you, you make things better! You make a way! You close those doors that hinder me! Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Come right now, show me who you are! Jesus your name alone makes the darkness hide away, your name alone heals the broken hearted, Jesus you who can bring forth life from death. You will never be overcome, Jesus come into my life right now, let me start my day with you, let me finish it with you, walk with me wherever I go. I love you! Jesus! Amen!
