My beautiful, most precious child, I wanted to remind you to keep steady, keep holding on, I know that it doesn’t make sense to you right now that your heart aches so much and even if I was to tell you why your mind and heart would not comprehend, I do however promise to keep you, to love you, to provide you with the ways to overcome. You’re pain isn’t in vain, you’re pain will always have purpose. I know you’re weary but I promise to give you strength when you need it all you have to do is call on me. I know you don’t understand but all you have to do is seek my peace. I know it’s hard to trust but use your faith. I promise you my precious that nothing is wasted on you, one day you will see what I see and know what I know but for now, all I ask is that keep your eyes on me and persevere. I’m only but a whisper away. I love you! -God
I don’t know who this is for but I pray that you feel the way our father holds you in his hands right now and that you feel his peace and love right now in Jesus name Amen.
Psalms 46:10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Matthew 17:20 He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Hebrews 11:1
Ever feel like you’re going in circles? Or like you’re stuck? You pray, pray, pray and then pray some more and nothing? You are a good church going believer and you do all that you know what to do but still, nothing. Maybe you’re doing too much. Yes, too much. Maybe it’s a season for staying still, maybe you’re not suppose to go get what you need, maybe God wants to show you that He can bring it to you. Sometimes we think that were helping God with whatever it is were in need of or striving for in this life and really all were doing is being intrusive of His plans, because well, He knows the plans! Sometimes we act like God needs our help but in reality sometimes all he needs from us is to stay still, stay put and let our faith be what moves Him into our lives to bring those miracles and prayers into existence. This world as it is already distracts us so much from listening to Him when He speaks to us, because He does, everyday, all day. We’re so busy doing and saying and asking and praying and going, we forget that God moves on simple faith, faith as small as a mustard seed, something so small can move mountains, Jesus words not mine. Let’s not pray any longer as if we’re in desperate need but pray with faith that whatever we need has already been provided and instead of having mournful prayers let’s give Him praise for the things we cannot see but with the assurance that it has been provided to us. He knows. Trust Him. So then, if you feel like you think you’ve tried everything and you’re still in a place of uncertainty, stop, stay still and let you faith be what moves you forward into God’s will.
Father, precious, wonderful, father. I’m sorry if I’m doing too much, if I’m missing out on your plans for me because I won’t stay still. Lord, help to stay put, to continue to serve you and please you with every area of my life, but to also stay still so that I’m able to listen to the whisper of your promises. Lord, today I take a deep breath and hand over anything that I’ve tried to control on my own, knowing that you very well know the plans that you have for me and my future. What an amazing God you are. Thank you for allowing to always run to you even when I’ve made mistakes. Lord give me that peace that surpasses all understanding so that I may stay still while you work on the details behind the scenes. I trust you. I trust you. I trust you. In Jesus name Amen.
2 Corinthians 5:7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
Psalms 145:18 The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Mark 5:36 Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
Psalms 9:10 Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord , have never forsaken those who seek you.
What if God asked you for something big? A faith so big that it’s not comprehensible. The kind of faith that fights your human feelings and thoughts. I wonder how many of us believers have already experienced that or are experiencing that at this moment in our lives. My biggest moment was cancer. I didn’t know what God was preparing me for before it happened but trusting him I kept listening and learning whatever he wanted me to. Then one day, cancer. Something inside sparked and my spirit connected all that I had learned and it became clear why. God said to me, You will live, but the process won’t be easy, you’ll want to die, but you have to hold on. And it was exactly that. Chemotherapy was no joke. There were days when I would cry all day and all I wanted was to stop treatment and let the cancer take me, at least I would be in heaven. There were many days when I didn’t feel like listening to worship or listening to the bible (my vision was distorted while in chemo) but I did it anyway. The words that mostly came out of my mouth, at every moment was I trust you. When I was in pain, when I couldn’t see, when I couldn’t sleep, when the nurses couldn’t find my veins, when I felt nauseous, when I couldn’t walk, when I had to dress myself in the dark, when I couldn’t eat, when I wanted to die, I would say, I trust you. What my body wanted was to die but my Spirit commanded it to live. I had to go against every negative feeling, I had to do what God had asked me to, which was live. The word says that man won’t live on bread alone, I know what that means, I had to give my Spirit all the promises God had given me and I had to fill it with worship for my father in heaven, I had to call the name of Jesus. I had to feed my faith to keep my spirit connected to the one who gives life. My testimony is greater than just this, this is just a snapshot but a great one. What if God asked you to sacrifice your child? What if you had to go before the king without being summoned? What if you were called into the water? What if you had to walk into the fire? We all did something that required faith. We all went against what our human emotions were telling us. God is greater! Trust him, trust his process, he will never fail you, he will never forsake you.
Father, thank you. Thank you for being faithful. Thank you for letting me call on you when I need you. Thank you for holding me in the palm of your hand. Thank you for getting me thru. I pray that my Sprit will always be connected to yours so that I may always know what to do in times of trouble. Lord, give me what I need, I receive it, all of it. Give me the wisdom to deal with things unknown and give me the peace I need in times of chaos. Lord I simply just trust you. I trust that you know the plans that you have for me. You arey shepard, I shall not want. I follow your lead because you know best. Abba, I love you, I trust you. In Jesus name Amen.
Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Romans 10:13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Psalm 50:15 and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
If there was anything that I could ever tell you to never stop doing, no matter whether you feel like it or not, whether you feel worthy or not, whether you can say it out loud or in a whisper or even a thought, is to never stop calling out to Jesus. I used to be in constant conversation with Jesus, even before being saved. There was a time where I thought if people knew how much I talk to Jesus in my head they would think I was nuts. I didn’t know much then about the bible or praying or really anything about how to have a relationship with God, the only thing I knew was that whenever I had something to say (even my complaints) He was the one I went to. I knew somehow inside my heart that when I was in trouble there was a name above all names, a name worthy of praise. I can honestly tell you it’s the only name you should never forget. When you’re lonely, when you’re sad, disappointed, tired, angry, disillusioned, tormented, scared, confused, speak the name of Jesus and bring love, peace, reassurance, comfort into your life, into your heart. He’s only a call away. The redeemer, King of Kings, Our provider, the one who died on the cross to save you! He knows it all, all he needs is for you to call on Him. He waits for you. Lord, I praise your name! I call your name Jesus. I need you, I want you in my life. There’s nothing without you, you make things better! You make a way! You close those doors that hinder me! Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Come right now, show me who you are! Jesus your name alone makes the darkness hide away, your name alone heals the broken hearted, Jesus you who can bring forth life from death. You will never be overcome, Jesus come into my life right now, let me start my day with you, let me finish it with you, walk with me wherever I go. I love you! Jesus! Amen!
I find myself today feeling a little out of sorts, many things going on that I can’t control, but still in this out of sorts place I also find myself very much at peace. I feel confident and I trust in my Abba in heaven that He is in control and that He knows the plans that he has for me. I am not afraid and I am not alone. I find my Sprit today wants to praise and worship Him, He is so good to me. How do you get to this place? Well, everytime you feel something coming against you, something that contradicts the Lord promises, you have to go to the word. That’s it.
When you feel like you are going crazy- 2 Timothy 1:7
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
When you are tired and overwhelmed- Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
When you feel lonely and helpless-
Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

When you’re confronting your enemies-
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
When you need his love-
Isaiah 54:10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord , who has compassion on you.
When you are at peace-
John 16:33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Lord, thank you I’m advance for the peace, for the love, for your faithfulness, thank you for your love, mercy and grace. Thank you for your favor. In Jesus name Amen.
