Do you hear my voice?

Do you hear me whisper your name in the dark hours?
You pretend its in your thoughts.
But Its me.
Do you hear the wind whisper My promises?
You enjoy the breeze and say it’s your thoughts.
But its me.
Do you hear the thunder that rolls before the rain?
You have a moment of stillness and quickly move on.
But it’s me.
I will never stop calling on you while you need me, even when you think you don’t need me I will never stop whispering your name.
Keep still, Can you hear me? I AM.

What’s your prayer…

Isaiah 1:19
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land;
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;  in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
1 Peter 5:10
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
2 Corinthians 4:17
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

What are you really asking God when you say, here I am Lord, use me, here is my heart, I am here to do your will. Whatever you ask I will do. Sometimes God starts to change things in your life immediately and he starts moving and shifting people and relationships and jobs, ect, if you are not aligned with God and your heart is not willing, you start to experience a disorder and chaos inside you that can create doubt and fear to that which you asked God for and what he now has called you to be. If you’re not holding on to the promises that he gave you and you’re heart and spirit are not willing that’s when you suffer the way the world without God suffers and to suffer in that way is horrible and full of confusion, fear and pain (it is not the same suffering Jesus went through on earth for the Glory of God and our redemption, this type of suffering has hope in God). If your heart is genuinely willing to God’s plan you will see that there’s a light in the darkness, there is hope, there is a way out and all that comes from our wonderful Creator.
Lord give us the courage to follow thru and step forward into with faith to your promises that we have already received in our hearts. We don’t want to just receive a promise but we want to walk into and live out your promise, so that all can see your glory through our lives here on earth that we may lift you up and give you all the praise in Jesus name Amen.

Trust Him…

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:1

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Psalms 23:1

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

I used to wonder all the time why my plans didn’t work out, why I was always so close but couldn’t quite reach the goal. It wasn’t until I brought it to God and said, Here, I’m tired. I pray, I fast, I read the bible, I go to church, I share your message and I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Then, God spoke, It’s not you. It’s who you’re allowing in because they are not part of my plan for you. What a revelation that was! At the same time so, so uncomfortable to think that if I was going to walk in God’s plans for me I was going to have to leave some people behind. I thought, how do I tell them, how do I explain myself, what excuse, what reasons do I give? None, you don’t have to do anything or say anything but follow my instruction, God said. At that time I had to make my choice, was I all in? Was I ready to really leave behind those that were very much part of my life but not part of God’s plan for me? Have you ever found yourself holding on to what is actually holding you back? It can be people or it can be a job, it can even be as simple as something that you’re so comfortable holding onto that you don’t even realize it’s the very thing that is making you stuck. I encourage you to trust God, trust His plan. If we don’t put our trust in Him, Him who has created us, Him who has known us before we were made then who?  All you have to do is take the first step, God takes care of the rest.

Heavenly Father, I pray today that you make me bold enough to walk in your plans, I don’t need to know what it is all I need to know is that it comes from you and that I trust you. Give me the strength that I need to walk away from those things or people that are obstructing your plans for me. Let your will be done today and the rest of my days. In Jesus name Amen.

Psalm 27:4
One thing I ask from the Lord , this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

Romans 11:29
for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.

Philippians 4:19
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus

Do you share your life with God? Let me explain, I was thinking to myself about all the places I’ve been able to travel to and all the beautiful amazing places I went to and all the things I experienced and I asked myself, which was the best part or my favorite part? Honestly, the first thing that came to my mind was every single time that I intentionally took time, whether five minutes or an hour, to worship God and to thank Him for the blessing of letting me be wherever I was in that moment. I thought about every time I got up at 3am or 4am to get online and receive the word on Sunday or sometimes it was Monday since I was across the world. I wondered, why did I do that? I never planned it and it was definitely not part of the travel schedule, I realized my Spirit longed for Him no matter what part of the world I was in. Wow. To have that connection, no matter where you are or who you are with the one thing that never changes, the one thing that can never be apart from you is God. When you truly follow Jesus there is no place he won’t go with you. I thought about how easily it could have been to just sleep in or sleep more and just thank Him when I got back home but the truth was that I wanted to share this with my Creator. There’s something too that happens when you do, His favor follows. Too many blessings on my adventures to mention them all but God upgraded my trip to VIP every time. I was able to share my faith with others across the world, people of different religion, and it all happened because I chose to share my experience with God. I encourage you to share with Him, to bring Him into your life not just on Sunday, not just in a religious type way but in a father and child type of relationship where there’s love and comfort. Imagine sharing a wonderful experience with the one who makes all things possible, who doesn’t want an upgrade?! Share.
